The Mint Museum is pleased to present the return of the Contemporary Architecture + Design (CAD) Series, featuring engaging talks from internationally recognized designers at the forefront of contemporary practice. First launched in 2012, the series offers fresh insights into today’s most innovative architecture and design.
The 2026 CAD Series, presented by Wells Fargo, features an inspiring group of internationally recognized designers whose work spans the globe and pushes the boundaries
of contemporary practice. Through engaging talks and conversations, these visionaries will share stories, ideas, and processes behind their most compelling work. Presented in conjunction with the exhibition Designing Dynamism: Kuba Textiles from the DR Congo, The Wesley Mancini Collection, the series creates a dynamic dialogue between design disciplines. Both the CAD Series and exhibition are generously presented by Wells Fargo. Each program includes wine and beer from 5:30–6 PM, followed by the talk, a post-program reception, and the opportunity to tour the exhibition. All talks are free and take place in the Van Every Auditorium at Mint Museum Randolph, 2730 Randolph Road, Charlotte
